Development and Operations Coordinator

Middle Tennessee / Hybrid

This position will begin as part-time (around 20 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on mutual fit and organizational needs.

Pay range is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary

The Development and Operations Coordinator plays a vital behind-the-scenes role at Hope Force International, supporting both organizational growth and active disaster response efforts. This position provides coordinated support across fundraising and CRM management, financial administration, office and executive operations, and deployment readiness.

The Coordinator helps ensure donor systems are accurate, financial processes are organized, internal communication runs smoothly, and deployment administration is prepared to mobilize when needed.

We are seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ministry—someone who finds joy in supporting others, creating order, and contributing to a Christ-centered mission making a difference around the world.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Administrative Support  

  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking
  • Support payroll coordination and vendor payments
  • Maintain organized financial records

Office Management & Executive Support  

  • Serve as primary office manager
  • Provide administrative support to Founders and leadership
  • Manage calendars and  meetings and staff communication
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Coordinate bi-monthly HFI staff meetings
  • Coordinate BOD meetings 

Fundraising, Donor Support & CRM Management 

  • Oversee day-to-day CRM management and administration
  • Maintain donor and Reservist records
  • Create and maintain Neon deployment forms and applications
  • Proofread e-blasts and ensure donation accounts are created
  • Generate reports for leadership

Deployment Administration & Readiness Support

  • Manage deployment communications and systems
  • Coordinate and maintain deployment readiness logistics
  • Maintain accurate Reservist records and scheduling
  • Update and manage deployment documentation and processes
  • Support deployment operations and leadership alignment
