Haiti Receives Medical Assistance

What a privilege to have a medical team come and serve with us for five days in mid-October. Some of Cincinnati, Ohio's finest in the form of Stu, Ann, Brenda, Jessica, and Janie. We are so grateful for the gifts and talents you have shared with our beloved friends in Haiti!

Over the course of four days, 399 medical consultations were provided in the village of Sous Savanne, and in the neighboring village of Marechal. Clients were triaged with the help of translators. Once the needs were accessed, they were directed to see the Doctor/Nurse or to the pharmacy.

The team also assisted us with the finishing touches of paint on a newly erected "House of Hope" (as seen on Right). "Two hands of the Gospel" at work in Sous Savanne and Marechal, Haiti!
We would love to have YOU come and join us in our efforts in Haiti! More medical teams are essential, as the needs of the people are not being met. They are often turned away from the main clinic in the area because it is too busy.
